Håntverk has exchanged Arnhem for Utrecht since 2019. The city he regularly visited from childhood and has many warm memories from.
The studio is located in the Harbor Garden of the area called "Werkspoorkwatier" in Utrecht, with a view of a rough piece of port area where industry is slowly but surely exchanging for creativity. De Hantverkerij is a studio for tattoos, illustrations and design. The following artists work here: Elias Gihan, Saya Deya, Michiel Snellen, Wimswim and Håntverk. All artists represent a different visual style, but what they have in common is that they all make contemporary work. |
About 50% of the time we are tattooing in the studio. The Håntverkerij is therefore not a classic tattooshop, you will immediately notice this upon entering. The studio is spacious and light. Illustrations and art hang on the wall instead of aggressive flash sheets and skulls. The tattoo styles represented here are: Dotwork, blackwork, fineline, black and gray, illustrative, botanical, surreal, realistic, neo-tradtional, handpoke, graffiti, abstract, lettering, script. |
